How do I place an order?

Easy - just add an item from the store to your cart and then click on your cart to start the checkout process. If you have any special requests please don’t hesitate to contact us by email at hello@funfer.nz or through facebook.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or online banking. You can choose either option during the online checkout process.

When will I receive my personalized order?

All orders at made at home in my “spare” time (generally when the kids are sleeping or dad is looking after them!). Our standard delivery time is 10 working days, however I will do my best to ship your order as soon as possible. If your order is urgent please contact me via email (hello@funfer.nz) or facebook and I will try my best to get it out ASAP.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course! If you would like to pick up from our address in Palmerston North you are more than welcome. Contact me via email (hello@funfer.nz) or facebook and we can organise the pick-up.

What materials do you use for the shadow puppets?

We use durable polypropylene sheet for the shapes and bamboo sticks for the handles.

What materials do you use for the custom knitted names?

For the personalised names and we use a selection of gorgeous knitting yarns for the knitted parts. Internally galvanised steel wire is used to ensure the names will last a long time.
